LearnOne2One Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the rules for canceling tutor sessions or demo sessions booked through the LearnOne2One platform, operated by Expert Education Private Limited.

By booking a session on LearnOne2One, users agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Student Cancellation

Students may cancel a booked demo session before the scheduled session time.

If a student cancels the session:

• The full session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
• These credits can be used to book another tutor on the LearnOne2One platform.
• The amount will not be refunded to the original payment method, bank account, or UPI.

2. Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor cancels a scheduled session:

• The entire session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
• The student can use these credits to rebook another tutor.

3. Late Cancellation or No-Show

If a student:

• Cancels after the session start time, or
• Does not attend the session

The booking may be treated as completed, and:

• No Rebooking Credits will be issued.

4. Platform Cancellation

LearnOne2One may cancel a session in certain cases, including:

• Technical issues
• Tutor unavailability
• Safety or policy violations

In such cases:

• The full amount will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
