LearnOne2One Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through the LearnOne2One platform, operated by Expert Education Private Limited.

By booking any tutor session or demo session on LearnOne2One, users agree to the refund terms described below.

1. Demo Session Refund Policy

Student Cancellation

If a student cancels a booked demo session before the scheduled session time:

  • The full session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
  • These credits can be used to book another tutor on the LearnOne2One platform.
  • The amount will not be refunded to the original payment method, bank account, or UPI.

Tutor Cancellation

If the tutor cancels the scheduled demo session:

  • The full session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
  • The student can use these credits to rebook another tutor or session.

2. Failed or Incomplete Sessions

If a demo session cannot be conducted due to:

  • Tutor absence
  • Technical issues from the tutor side
  • Session cancellation by the tutor

Then:

  • The full amount will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).

3. Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment

If a payment is deducted but:

  • The booking is not confirmed, or
  • A duplicate payment occurs

The issue will be reviewed and resolved according to the payment gateway policies. The amount may either:

  • Be automatically reversed by the payment gateway, or
  • Be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or credits will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The student fails to attend the scheduled session
  • The student cancels after the session has started
  • The session is completed successfully
  • Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity

5. Policy Updates

LearnOne2One reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the platform.
