Important Note:
If a session is canceled under eligible conditions, the session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts). These credits can be used for future bookings and are not refundable to a bank account or original payment method.

5. Rebooking Credits Policy

LearnOne2One maintains a Rebooking Credits system (up to 3 attempts):

• When a session is canceled under eligible conditions, the session fee is converted into Rebooking Credits.
• These credits can be used to book another session on the platform.
• Rebooking Credits are non-transferable.
• Rebooking Credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or UPI.
• Rebooking Credits cannot be converted into cash.
